Why Now?
‘’The UK is facing rising, long‑term, life‑stage‑specific risks across ages 5–35 — loneliness, self‑harm, suicide, poor mental health, low confidence, financial stress, and social disconnection — all of which are directly mitigated by self‑awareness, emotional intelligence, connection and communication skills. These are developed through skills historically attributed to traditional leadership development programmes.
